High Wycombe is located directly east of Perth Airport, west of Maida Vale, north of Forrestfield, and south of the industrial suburb of Hazelmere. High Wycombe is a growing residential area, with substantial industrial and rural areas. High Wycombe is bounded by Adelaide Street and the City of Swan in the north, the Roe Highway in the east, the suburb of Forrestfield in the south, and the City of Belmont, the Perth International Airport and the railway line in the west.
